The votes are in and Peach-Mango and Raspberry Lemonade have been selected as the next two Dum Dums flavors.
Known for its never-ending list of flavors, Dum Dums asked its Facebook fans to choose the next two flavors in a tournament style competition. In July and early August, fans were asked to vote for their favorite mash-up or combo flavor with the top mash-up from each week advancing to the next round. The finals featured a heated race between four finalists with Peach-Mango and Raspberry Lemonade emerging as the top selections.
“We’re thrilled to give Facebook fans a voice in the selection of the next Dum Dums flavors,” commented Dum Dums Brand Manager, Evan Brock. “Flavor mash-ups are very popular right now and Dum Dums fans have selected two delicious combinations.”
Peach-Mango and Raspberry Lemonade will hit stores in the spring of 2013 replacing Dulce de Leche and Mango who are scheduled for a vacation. Fans can vote for their favorite flavor at www.dumdumpops.com.
