Starting September 4, Roy’s Restaurant is offering two favorites on one plate. California guests are invited to enjoy the Roy’s Classic Combo, a dish featuring the popular Misoyaki Butterfish and Tender Braised Beef Short Ribs, for $29.95 per person.
