The Spelman College and Harvard University graduate infuses her academic background in human development and psychology with her genuine interests in people and food to create offerings that have delighted palates and enlightened clients on a global scale.  Her popular Youtube videos, and private and corporate chef services offer direct access to her culinary prowess, while her one-on-one coaching, corporate team building activities, and signature workshops helps her clients enhance their personal Culinary Culture and helps them see how their relationships with food manifests in their body and life goals.

Featured in Clutch Magazine, Cuisine Noir Magazine and various blog and radio shows, Shelley’s reach continues to widen, as does her experience in food relationship coaching.  Nationally, Shelley has hosted food relationship events in Atlanta, Washington D.C and New York, and was called upon to consult with Teach for America on team building through culinary activities.
