Surprisingly, gambling is not necessarily the reason to visit Las Vegas but the entertainment seems to have a huge influence in the decision to visit. For instance, “O” at Bellagio is one of the most popular shows.
What’s so special about “Sin City” ?Minnesotans are especially attracted to Las Vegas because it’s a three-hour plane ride from Minnesota and is a quick getaway. Also, newer hotels including Aria and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas are draws for people. Surveys have also indicated that people traveling to Las Vegas are willing to spend money which indicates that tourists find the city is worth the expense.
When asked to identify the top hotel resorts or properties they book for clients, the travel agents polled were allowed to choose up to three options. The most chosen Las Vegas hotels were MGM Grand, Bellagio and The Mirage. The most-recommended Las Vegas shows are “O,” Céline Dion and Blue Man.
