She re-opened her cafe in January 2021 after the COVID-19 pandemic in the Southpark Mall location at 500 Southpark Cente in Strongsville, Ohio. After overcoming multiple obstacles, she’s now launching her national product brand and focusing on opening additional locations to showcase her artistry of spectacular chocolate desserts, sculptures, mouth-watering pastries, magnificent cakes, and other specialty cuisines.
She included international drinks such as (Boba) Bubble Tea, offering 25 flavor options, Tapioca pearls, Bursting Ball, with vast variations of all-natural flavoring for a person with food sensitivity through her all-natural concept.
In Fall 2021, she plans to expand with a full-service modern French Dessert restaurant menu offering additional International Roasted and Imports, along with her Creative Bubble Waffles, Fried French Pastries, Custom Macaron Towers, Cakes, and Creative Chocolate Sculptures and World Famous Macarons.
Chef Robin’s company is also a proud dessert vendor of Rocket Mortgage Field House Cleveland Cavaliers with a new location under construction in the Heart of Cleveland opening 2022.
