The Culinary Scoop is published by the media nonprofit, The Global Food and Drink Initiative, which also publishes the country’s first digital and print food, drink and travel magazine about people of African descent called Cuisine Noir and the business blog, Behind the Business.

Readers first received The Culinary Scoop weekly on Facebook and since 2010, have enjoyed scoops or news on a variety of delicious topics centered around the three things GFDI, as well as food and drink lovers love the most.

The Culinary Scoop has become a leading source for culinary news and industry happenings that will keep everyone in the know and on top of their game.
